Mayor Bill Carpenter and Brockton Public Schools Scholarship Coordinator Juli Smith-Caldwell attended a ceremony yesterday, May 29, 2018, at the UMASS Alumni Club in Boston where Keolis awarded 5 Brockton High Students $1,000 who are going on to college to study a career in STEM.

Alexis Bester -Yellow House Student attending UMASS Amherst in the fall to study to become a Physician Assistant. She is a member of the National Honor Society and Foreign Language Club.
Anthony Lynch- Green House Student attending UMASS Boston in the fall to study Computer Science. He is a member of the National Honor Society and Cross Country, Winter and Spring Track team.
Gregory Minichiello - Azure House Student attending the University of New Hampshire in the fall to study Forensic Science. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Varsity Swim Team, Ski club and Concert Band
Angala Russano -Yellow House Student attending UMASS Dartmouth in the fall to study Nursing. She is a Varsity Cheerleader, a member of DECA and on the Gymnastics team.
Demetrios Tsitsopoulos - Azure House Student attending UMASS Lowell in the fall to study Computer Engineering. He is a member of the Greek Orthodox Youth of America and on the Year Book Committee.
