School leaders, elected officials and Brockton families came together on Thursday, January 30, for the grand opening of the Brockton Community and Family Center at North Middle School.
The center was made possible by a hardworking group of volunteers who wanted to ensure Brockton students can receive the extra academic help they need and parents/guardians have the tools to assist their students with homework. In addition to free tutoring services available to BPS students, Brockton residents can participate in fitness classes, explore the arts, or join various support groups free of charge.
The Brockton Community and Family Center is open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To learn more and to view a list of upcoming programs, please visit: https://www.bpsma.org/bcfc
