The Brockton Holiday Parade weekend is finally upon us!
On Friday, make sure not to miss the reading of the James Edgar Story and Tree Lighting ceremony at City Hall Plaza from 6-7 p.m.
Saturday's events begin with free pictures with Santa at City Hall from 9-noon. A new Santa Hat Challenge that asks kids to decorate hats they have at home will be judged from noon to 12:45 and one winner will be picked to ride with Santa in the parade that begins at 1 p.m.
A nice addition to the festivities this year is an exhibition at the Enso Flats Gallery of all the BPS artwork that was judged for the Holiday Parade Book Cover Contest. What a wonderful way to showcase the talent of our students. Check out the flyer below for details.
